Shay Burke, who is a Petaluma High School alumnist, Paramedic for Petaluma Fire was a first responder. Because of Joe’s help he was able to get there in time to immediately administer life-saving treatment to his mother. When we met Joe we were immediately impressed by him. Joe reached out his hand and gave a firm handshake and asked, What is your name? Good kids usually means good parents – so kudos to them. Positively Petaluma gives a big congrats to Joe, and a huge thank you to REDCOM and Petaluma Fire.
