While it is not positive news that a drunk driver hit this massive sculpture in Fort Wayne, IN, it is a very interesting story when you learn that the city sent this 8-ton 26ft structure all the way across the country to have a #Petaluma artist repair it.  The sculpture was taken apart in August and shipped by truck to local artist Mark di Suvero’s studio in Petaluma, CA.  Further reports indicate that Suvero’s and his team did a great job on the repair.

This is what the sculpture looks like before it was damaged.
