Taking inspiration from his dining plates, Chef Adair utilizes his dishes as a blank canvas, and humorously comments that “ideas flow in, but when they stop coming in I get worried”. Supportive of local farms and adamant about using the healthiest and freshest foods, Bistro 100 sources its ingredients from the local Green String farm and Canvas Ranch, and will even decorate its walls with some of Canvas Ranch’s art canvases. A modern and fresh take on French and Californian cuisine, Chef Adair’s culinary creations are sure to please food lovers far and wide.

Despite the restaurant’s name, the chefs at Sauced believe that “sauce should not be the featured item on the dish, it should complement a perfectly smoked piece of meat”; and their meats are just that. Pre-marinated in a special Tin Roof sauce, their ever popular Burnt Ends are smoked for 14-18 hours and run out daily. From Sliced Brisket Sandwiches, to Smoked Sausage Dawgs,k to homemade sides—including Barrett’s mother Darleen’s to-die-for candied Sweet Potato Casserole—Sauced does an incredible job of introducing authentic Southern BBQ to Northern California in an open and family-friendly environment that’ll have you begging for seconds.
